3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the Aldi team. As a warehouse associate, you will play a vital role in efficiently handling and relocating merchandise within the warehouse, preparing orders for shipment, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and contributing to inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, efficiency in organizing tasks, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
