3rd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 3rd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, and a comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills for success.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.25 per hour

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise according to guidelines, including sorting, organizing, loading, and unloading.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Work collaboratively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills and good communication abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
