Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Monitor and manage processes for inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Develop action plans to improve operational results.
• Provide leadership and direction to warehouse personnel, including training and development.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage controllable expenses by optimizing inventory and efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Experience in warehouse operations management is a plus.
