3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, handling shipments, and maintaining the warehouse's appearance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Independently carry out assigned tasks efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Interprets and applies company policies effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
