Job Description

ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the timely and safe loading/unloading of freight on assigned shifts in Denver, CO.

General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for efficient freight handling.
• Ensure proper load balance and safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Promote safe handling of hazardous materials and adhere to company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, along with transportation or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of freight handling techniques.
