General Description of Duties:

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe and timely freight loading/unloading.
• Ensure proper load balance and safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, coordinate work, and provide training and feedback.
• Maintain a safe working environment and handle hazardous materials responsibly.
• Work collaboratively to achieve department goals and support our values-driven culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation or related fields, with supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
