Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team at ABF Freight, an ArcBest company. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling resources to ensure timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight on assigned shifts. Your role will involve maintaining load plans, assigning tasks, providing training, and fostering a safe working environment for all personnel. Additionally, you will collaborate with a team to achieve department goals and uphold our company's values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in service center or transportation preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• General knowledge of freight handling techniques
