Job Description:

ArcBest II ABF Freight is seeking an ambitious Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling the resources to ensure timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight. You will assign tasks, provide training and feedback, and create a safe working environment for our team and customers. Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for loading/unloading freight.
• Maintain load plans for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks and monitor performance.
• Provide training, feedback, and disciplinary recommendations.
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with handling regulations.
• Support a teamwork-driven culture focused on excellence.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in service center or transportation operations.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight and handling techniques.
