General Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe and timely loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Create a safe working environment and ensure proper handling of materials.
• Support a values-driven culture focused on collaboration, growth, and excellence.
• Undertake additional duties and projects as required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation or related field, with supervisory experience desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight handling techniques.
