ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As part of one of the country's largest LTL carriers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and safe loading/unloading of freight, maintaining load balance, and supervising operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for efficient freight handling.
• Assign job tasks, provide training and feedback to workers.
• Maintain a safe working environment and handle hazardous materials securely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of freight operations and Microsoft Office Suite.
