ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical role in planning, supervising, and controlling resources to ensure the timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight on assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control the loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance.
• Assign job tasks, coordinate work assignments, and monitor performance.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Support a values-driven culture focused on excellence and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation or related fields, supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight and proper handling techniques.
