Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing store activities, developing operational plans, training team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company strategy and values.
  • Monitor the competitive environment and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Maintain inventory procedures and cash control policies.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Prior retail management experience preferred.
