We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at ALDI. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting store operations, managing schedules, developing action plans, and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
