Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day store activities, improving operating results, managing schedules, and enhancing team performance. As part of the store management team, you will play a key role in maintaining store standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise products effectively.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and lead a team effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
