Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 38 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $26.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members
  • Identify training opportunities and support team growth

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and uphold company standards
  • Skilled in cash register operation and equipment handling
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
