Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store operations, supervising the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers a competitive salary of $26.50 per hour for a full-time role (38 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Supervise and support the team in achieving operational goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment.
