Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing store operations, managing schedules, and developing the team while ensuring excellent customer service and overall store performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise products, and ensure stock levels.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail management experience preferred.
