Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join the team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day management of the store, overseeing operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job duties and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
