Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining stock levels, and supporting the team in achieving store goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to boost team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise products effectively, and ensure product quality.
• Supervise daily operations, address customer concerns, and escalate issues when needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
