Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans. Your duties will include improving operating results, training and developing team members, maintaining inventory procedures, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
