Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, and ensuring overall store performance. You will be responsible for implementing action plans to drive operational results, develop the team through training opportunities, and maintain a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the direct leader to improve operational results and create action plans.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, proper stock levels, and merchandising standards.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead a team, provide excellent customer service, and operate a cash register.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
