Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with managing day-to-day store activities, supervising team members, and ensuring the overall success of the store. As an integral part of the management team, you will implement operational plans, identify training opportunities, and uphold company values to foster a collaborative work environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and provide feedback on products.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and address customer concerns.
• Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and product quality standards.
• Support payroll and budget goals while training new employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
