Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at ALDI. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store operations, supervising the team, and ensuring a superb customer experience. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans, training employees, maintaining inventory, and upholding company standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in improving store performance by implementing action plans.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to the team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance employee performance.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and recommend product changes.
• Participate in the hiring process and supervise daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to inventory procedures, product quality, and customer service standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper merchandising.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
• Prior retail experience with management preferred.
