Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Retail Supervisor at ALDI. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day store activities, manage schedules, develop operational plans, and identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide product feedback.
• Supervise store operations and ensure customer service excellence.
• Maintain stock levels, merchandise products, and ensure store cleanliness.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
