Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing store activities, ensuring performance targets are met, and leading a team to provide excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 38 hours per week, starting at $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure job responsibilities are met effectively.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance and growth.
• Maintain store cleanliness, proper stock levels, and merchandising standards.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, escalating issues as needed for resolution.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older to be employed in this role at Aldi.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience with prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service, lead a team effectively, and operate store equipment.
