Job Description

We are hiring an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing store operations, supervising the team, and ensuring excellent customer service. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $25.00 per hour for an average of 38 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Lead and supervise a team to achieve operational goals and customer service standards.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Participate in the hiring process and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in a retail environment, with management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
