Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing store activities, supervising the team, and ensuring overall store performance. You will be responsible for implementing action plans, identifying training opportunities, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
