Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison to join our dynamic team. In this strategic leadership role, you will collaborate with the Medical Affairs team to manage and inspire a team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) in supporting our Hematology-Oncology products. The position requires strong leadership skills to guide MSLs in engaging with thought leaders, cultivating relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of MSLs to support the Jazz Oncology Franchise.
- Provide guidance on engagement with thought leaders in Hematology-Oncology at local, regional, and national levels.
- Ensure the team maintains clear territory engagement plans and reports clinical insights effectively.
- Collaborate with Medical Leadership to prioritize team activities and promote a positive team culture.
Requirements
- MD, PharmD, PhD degree or equivalent with Oncology experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience, including managing or leading a team of MSLs.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, ability to build relationships and ensure scientific credibility.
- Field-based position requiring up to 60% travel.
