Cashier/Stocker (Part-Time)

Job Description

We are looking for Part-Time Cashiers/Stockers to join our collaborative team at Aldi. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service. This dynamic role offers new challenges each day in a fast-paced retail environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information
• Uphold security and confidentiality of documents and data
• Perform cashier duties: process customer purchases, provide customer assistance, monitor inventory
• Perform stocker duties: stock shelves, rotate products, operate machinery safely

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
