Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Cashiers/Stockers at Aldi. As part of a collaborative environment, you will be responsible for operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service. This part-time position offers a dynamic work experience with flexible hours.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate essential information to direct leaders.
• Operate registers or machinery efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain displays for a pleasant shopping experience.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to ensure minimal losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures effectively.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Effective time management skills.
• Knowledge of company products and services.

Physical Demands

• Ability to perform various physical tasks like standing, bending, lifting, and walking around the store.
• Stocker: Ability to stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
