Cashier/Stocker (Part-Time)

Job Description

Join the team at ALDI as a part-time Cashier/Stocker and contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience. As part of a collaborative environment, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide excellent service to our customers on a daily basis.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Cashier

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and ensure exceptional customer service
• Provide feedback to management on products and inventory
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Stocker

• Stock shelves with fresh products and create well-merchandised displays
• Operate machinery safely and follow merchandising guidelines
• Organize inventory and maintain store standards

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Effective communication and time management
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Education and Experience

• Prior retail work experience preferred
• Knowledge of company products and services
