Job Description
Join the ALDI team as a Cashier/Stocker in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same. As a valued team member, you will operate registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide excellent customer service.
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Less than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock and rotate products, create attractive displays, and handle incoming inventory.
- Operate machinery safely and follow merchandising guidelines.
- Organize inventory and ensure a neat shopping environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
