Job Description
We are looking for a Certified Fitness Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business at our club, exceeding fitness financial targets, and providing exceptional experiences to our members.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
- Facilitate and adjust programming to fit the needs of each client.
- Create a supportive and inclusive training environment.
- Coach personal trainers on consultation and sales techniques.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
