We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Certified Personal Training Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. The Personal Training Lead will play a crucial role in advancing our personal training business by exceeding fitness financial targets and providing a world-class experience for our members. This position involves building and nurturing a high-performing team that helps members achieve their fitness goals while maintaining exceptional standards in training quality and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team by attracting, hiring, coaching, and engaging team members.
• Increase acquisition of new clients and improve retention of existing clients.
• Facilitate customized training programs based on individual client needs, following VASA's Care & Connect principles.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment in the Personal Training Cage, fostering positive interactions with members and clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction through consistent quality, safe training spaces, and exceptional value.
• Support personal trainers' growth and development through resources, guidance, and community-building.
• Engage with VASA members to attract new clients and promote personal training services.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation techniques and appropriate training packages.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets for new client acquisitions.
• Contribute directly to achieving monthly sales goals for the personal training business.

Requirements

• Certification in personal training or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
