Job Description: Certified Personal Training Lead

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Certified Personal Training Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets at the club by building a high-performing team. Your role will involve working with team members to achieve monthly targets, improve client acquisition, and enhance overall client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team, focusing on culture, accountability, and engagement.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing clients.
• Develop an agile team to meet individual client needs within VASA's Care & Connect concepts.
• Create a friendly and inclusive environment in the Personal Training Cage for members, clients, and guests.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery, clean training spaces, and consistent client value.
• Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients through resources and growth opportunities.
• Attract new clients by building personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and recommend suitable training packages.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets and goals.
