We are looking for a Certified Personal Training Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business at our club by building and developing a high-performing team that helps our members achieve their fitness goals. This role involves overseeing the personal training team, increasing client acquisition, and ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new clients and improve retention of existing clients.
• Facilitate personalized training programs tailored to each client's needs.
• Create a friendly and inclusive training environment.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through relationships with current members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
