Requirements

• High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Job Types

This position offers opportunities for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles with pay ranging from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour. The expected hours are between 20 to 40 per week, with shifts available during the day or night.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
• Implement patient-centered care plans.
• Participate in discharge planning.

Work Environment

• Focus on medical specialties such as geriatrics, home health, pediatrics, and wound care.
• Offer weekday and weekend shifts with supplemental pay for holidays and overtime.
• Work location is in person.
