We are looking for a Clinical Development Lead specializing in Solid Tumor Oncology for BTC and GEA. In this role, you will lead late-stage development, life-cycle management, and strategic planning for a key oncology asset focusing on BTC and GEA. Your responsibilities will include driving the clinical development strategy, cross-functional collaboration, regulatory compliance, clinical trial oversight, data analysis, risk management, external collaboration, budget management, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for clinical development in BTC and GEA Oncology programs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive global clinical development plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee clinical trials.
• Analyze trial data and manage risks effectively.
• Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and optimize budget allocation.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the clinical development team.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in leading the development of Solid Tumor Oncology assets successfully.
• Proven expertise in developing high-performing clinical development teams.
• Ability to communicate complex insights effectively at executive levels.
• MD required, board-certified Oncologist preferred.
• Higher postgraduate degree like a PhD is preferred.
• Clinical and/or development experience in solid tumor oncology preferred.
