Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will contribute to the outstanding shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service, stocking products, and maintaining the store’s appearance. As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
- Communicate clearly with team members and store management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any operational issues
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Comply with company policies while safeguarding documents and data
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Proficiency in customer service and cash register operation
- Ability to operate store equipment safely
- Experience in retail environments is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail work experience is advantageous
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
