Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI core competencies and professional skills.
  • Handle customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
  • Contribute feedback to management regarding products and store operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain cash handling procedures.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Skilled in using equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
  • Capable of following instructions, multitasking, and staying organized.
  • High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
