Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining the store's appearance. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
