We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a crucial member of our store, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store remains organized, stocked, and delivers exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work both independently and within a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
