Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and participate in inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies to ensure store security.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
