Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, processing purchases, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous retail experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
