Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Your contribution will enhance the shopping experience for our customers and ensure a positive and efficient retail environment.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store, and organize merchandise displays.

- Follow company policies while ensuring the security and confidentiality of information.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Proficiency in customer service and operating a cash register.
- Capability to use store equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ability to follow cleaning standards and interpret company policies.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork and organization.
- High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
