Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays meticulously.
  • Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational improvements.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks and uphold cash handling policies.
  • Adhere to company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years to qualify for employment.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
