Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs, provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Previous retail experience and high school diploma/GED preferred.
  • Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies and procedures.
