Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for product stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visits.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and follow company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with retail experience preferred.
- Capability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales handling.
