Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for product stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visits.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash handling policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with retail experience preferred.
  • Capability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales handling.
