Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer needs.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
