Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, clean the store, and maintain organized shelves
• Provide top-notch customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively
• Collaborate with team members and report to store management
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and any issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Comply with company policies, maintain confidentiality, and perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register
• Capable of using store equipment and following cleaning standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent, with retail experience preferred
